OUR TERMS OF BUSINESS

• We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards, Paypal, Personal Cheques, GBP Money Orders and Cashiers Cheques.

•  If for any reason you wish to return the item you have purchased, we have a 7-day money back policy, after deductions have been made for shipping costs and 20% restocking charges.

• Refunds will only be issued once we have received the item and have verified the item by our gemmologists. This usually takes approximately 2 weeks.

• Altered, switched, damaged or used items will not be refunded.

• Customers are required to pay the return shipping fees. We recommend that an insured postal service is used as we cannot be held responsible/ liable for lost or damaged mail.

• Health and Safety Regulations state that all pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless proven faulty, damaged or lost whilst in delivery. Unfortunately therefore, due to health and safety reasons, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY PIERCED EARRINGS unless they have been damaged in transit. We encourage all customers to inspect their packages for damage upon delivery before signing for receipt.

• If payment is not received within 7 calendar days after the purchase, you will automatically be in default and your right to the item(s) will be forfeited.
