Under seat carry on bag

Taking luggage on the plane is essential for fast exits from the airport, but sometimes trying to stick the bag into the overhead compartment is a little difficult especially as there are other bags up there and these bags can be heavy too. That is where this bag comes in handy, it goes under the seat in front, but still gives you enough leg room, it is the ideal travelling companion and can take a full size laptop

Google’s Matt Cutts on Caffeine index boost, HTML5 and more

Google search guru Matt Cutts just happened to be in Seattle the day the company announced its new “Caffeine” Web indexing system that’s intended to provide 50 percent fresher search results. “Fundamentally the change is as soon as a document gets crawled boom, it gets indexed,” Cutts said at the SMX Advanced search conference, where his audience Q&A is a highlight of the annual event. Cutts told host Danny Sullivan that the upgrade enables Google to immediately index the results of its Web crawling, rather than updating the index in a staggered process.

Samsung Wave GT-S8500 review

With hardware as slick as a greased otter, but software that’s rough around the edges, the Wave is Samsung’s latest effort to redesign the feature phone without edging into full-blown smart phone territory. So it has a fantastic screen and a feature-packed camera, but its apps are underpowered and setup is a hassle

BP Confirms Purchase of Oil-Leak Related Search Terms

The ongoing oil leak snafu in the Gulf of Mexico continues to be one of the political talking points here in the United States, and with good reason.  With midterm elections approaching f or the US Senate and House of Representatives, there could be serious repercussions for politicians who previously advocated for increased drilling off the coast of the United States. While some political futures may be in the balance, the folks over at British Petroleum (BP) have been sweating bullets ever since the catastrophe began

Intel Bloggers Event

Was invited to Intel exclusive blogger event on Monday, 7th June 2010, at Starhub center which is where the Intel office is. My first impression of the office is that they got tall cubicles! We are introduce to the latest Intel technology, SSD, Wireless Display, Project “Tangent Bay”, Light Peak, Super Thin Laptops and Intel’s AppStore! SSD Memory vs CPU Upgrades The bottle neck of our computer is no longer our ram or graphics card and even processer, but our hard disk drive. A computer with SSD with just 3GB or ram will outperform a computer with 7200rpm HDD with 6GB of ram

The Correlation of Mirabelles and Sustainability

What most people do not know about the making of software: It Is Hard . My life the night before the v.2 Blueberry release of Sugar on a Stick: instead of packing my luggage before getting on a plane to Toronto early next morning to attend FUDCon , I was desperately respinning the final image because nobody had noticed earlier that we’d announced an image labeled “TEST!” as the final release. This was not hard to fix, but it was the final straw in a long series of last-minute deadline-shifting panics; in the two weeks before this, I had been getting consistently less than 5 hours of sleep a night doing SoaS release engineering work and panicking about (again, last-minute) content-licensing issues for the SoaS library and wondering why earlier discussions hadn’t prevented this situation.

Sony VAIO P Ready For Pre-order

It has been a while waiting for this device to come onto the market, but it looks as if it could be getting close as Sony have put the VAIO P eight inch netbook up for pre-order on their site. It comes in at around $900, which is more expensive than initially thought so that is a bit of a disappointment.
