Will the Apple iSlate rule?

There is no doubt that there is a market out there for new tablet especially if it comes from Apple as they are likely to have a readymade market to use. If the Apple iSlate is as good as we are expecting then this device is likely to take the market by storm and make the other computer maker think harder as to which direction they will be taking their products in. This would be great for the consumer as they will have the choice of Apple or possibly choose a similar product made by another firm.

Keeping gadgets clean

Computers and laptops are notorious for collecting dust, anyone who has taken off the cover of a laptop or base unit will be shocked at what they find, in a lot of cases it is a wonder how the computer kept running with all of the extra filling inside. The easiest way to keep the inside of a computer dust free is with clean air and this is where the Ninja comes in handy. It offers a pressurized air duster to force those little invaders right out of every hidden space.

The Robot Sentry

With this fully mobile device and a laptop the user would be able to monitor their home or business from anywhere in the world, after all there must nothing like witnessing your home being robbed when you are a few thousand miles away! But apart from the initial distress at least you could inform the local police and hopefully witness the culprits being arrested, now that has to be worth watching from the comfort of your sunbed. Features: It operates for two hours from its rechargeable battery which draws power from the included recharging base (the sentry can locate its base using its built-in infrared sensor when you command it to re-charge remotely); full charge requires two hours. Requires a PC running Windows XP or Vista (or Macintosh with a Wi-Fi card), a broadband internet connection, router, or other type of wireless access point (sentry has a 100′ wireless range).

Major computer brands could disappear

It seems that all not well within the computer industry and the founder of Acer, Stan Shih has been telling it how it is, or rather how he sees it anyway. We know that many large businesses have been suffering for a long time and more recently the pressure has been on. According to Stan Shih there some major computer brands that we all know of that will not make it, he is not talking this year or next, but over the next twenty years the top brands in the US will be a lot different to what we see now

The smallest flash drive

With everything getting smaller these days, it’s only natural that flash drives get smaller too, although they are limited to how small they actually can go because of the components etc. This is the Pico USB flash drive; this is only 4 mm thick but offers the user the opportunity to have 8, 16 or 32 Gb’s but still manages to be the size of your thumb nail.

This USB microphone looks just the one that broadcasters used during the 1930’s expect the quality of the sound recording is so much better than some of the microphones on the market today, but one of the main selling points is just having this on your desk, it looks so cool.
