Looking back over my blogging absence (and my backlog of blog draft which I never see myself getting typed out for publishing), yes alot had happened. Exams literally kept me in the library nearly 18 hours a day studying. Before that, May was a month full of events and birthdays & I was literally in London almost every other week

For the past ten months I have had the great opportunity to write my weekly newsletter, The Washington Report . A combination of healthcare news, analysis, policy, information technology, and musings from across the world, the Report has been a great source of information for many in today’s fast-paced culture. Given the Minister sent back the last recommendation (not to regulate but to accept the Undertakings offered by Telecom and Vodafone) it seems likely the Commerce Commission will take the hint and call for regulation.

I have a Dell Vostro 1510 laptop, and when i have the battery charger plugged in, the battery icon says “10% available (plugged in, not charging)”, and if i pull out the cord, the laptop shuts down straight away. Can this be fixed, and if so, how?
