• Are the stones natural?

All our jewellery is made out of natural stones unless stated otherwise.

• Why are these cheap? 

We buy directly from manufacturers and we have very low overheads, hence we are able to pass on the savings

• Do they come with a certificate/ appraisal? 

No unless stated.

• What do you mean by ‘Light’? 

This is a commonly used term in the industry to indicate that the diamonds are slightly smaller than the size indicated. For example light 0.50 cttw is approximately 0.44 to 0.48 cttw.

• How can I pay? 

We accept all major Credit & Debit cards, Paypal, GBP Postal orders, Banker’s Draft & Personal Cheques.

• How quickly items can be shipped?          

Your purchase will be shipped once the payment is cleared in our bank account.

• How my items will be shipped? 

We ship items via Royal Mail using Special Delivery guaranteed for next working day within the UK and International Signed for the rest of the world. If required we can ship it using FedEx at an additional cost.
