I was migrating some of my images from the archives this weekend, came upon and decided to link this.  Naoko Sasaki, born in 1976 in Japan goes by the moniker of Piana. With her macbook, guitars and her trademark dreamy vocals, Piana’s term of music is loosely defined as a cross between acoustic and glitch-pop. Her musical activity began with  Card Skepper , a collaboration with guitarist Yuichiro Iwashita who is now one half of the electro acoustic unit  Minamo  (cubic music, quakebasket, apestaartje, 360 records).
